The clerc was insulting, insulted my flight attentant uniform I brought in to alter and asked: ''why do they make uniforms so ugly, I would never wear such a thing'' in disgust. I let it go and she put the pins in my uniform. And the end I though the price she was asking was really to high 200$ for a couple of alterations, so I said I would think about it. She said angrily she would have to remove the pins, which is fine. When she was doing that she started to get angry at me and talk really meanly and said ''I wasted all that time on you and putting pins" I stopped her right there and said ''Are you getting mad at me??" She changed a bit her tone. I took my things, said thanks and left the store.
This was a terrible experience at your Stitch it store in Manulife Centre. I was surprised and saddened to be treated that way by one of the employee. Yes the job must be hard, but this is no way to treat a potential client.
