Company fail! The past year I've had 5 different Technicians come to my house to fix the issue. My internet drops (and has to be rebooted) 3 times daily which means the TV is down as well. I still haven't figured out why these technicians haven't fixed the problem and their representative are unable to tell me as well. I've spent hours on the phone with this company. The worst part was when I spoke with Loyalty department. I ask why I should be paying my bills for a faulty service? They then proceeded to ask me why I don't just cancel my service. Which is pretty ironic when speaking with the"loyalty" department. Tech failed, service failed, product failed, customer service (especially the loyalty department) major fail! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
