Generally I love Bahama Buck's. However, today's experience was not the typical experience. Very unorganized and it took about 8 minutes to be acknowledged as no one was in front of me. Once our order was taken, it was about another 10 or more minutes. There was definitely plenty of workers in store, but only one was making snow cones for those inside. Once we got our order, I will say they server was apologetic and recognized the long wait. The top of my snow cone was not soaked in flavor and in fact was mainly ice. This is not the typical standard. I will come back on the off chance this was an off day. However, I do not feel it would be fair to share this experience as a way to improve the service.
