Nice receptionist and scheduler. Fairly open with appointments. So, the plumber, Dan, was about 45 minutes late in arriving, but called to let us know. He also apologized profusely. We had a leaky faucet in the laundry room that needed repairing. It required a little piece of rubber to get it fixed and the invoice was $157.66. Seems like a bit much, but what do I know? I'm sure most of that was for the service charge. They are eager to quote on a recycle pump to get hot water to the master bathroom much faster. It makes sense, as we wait for a few minutes each morning to get hot water back there. Waiting for a quote and just hoping it won't involve a little piece of rubber fitting, or else we won't be able to afford it! Dan was great and I would call and ask for him again. Overall, two thumbs up.
