I went to Bess (the P.A.) for Botox at Woodson Dermatology and I'm very unhappy with the results. This was a big mistake and a complete waste of time and money. I'd been going to Woodson for years (not for cosmetic purposes, but for other skin problems/issues) before this happened and I'll never go back.
I've been getting Botox for 7 yrs. and have never had such poor results. Before starting, Bess and I discussed my history, the results I was looking for and the results I normally get after Botox. I was very specific with her (before and during the procedure) about what areas I wanted done. I thought Bess came across as nervous and unsure of herself as she was doing the injections. I purchased the same amount of product I always do (50 Units) and had the same areas treated but got very different results this time.
It took a full week to see any results. I realize results can take 7 days, but it's the first time that's ever happened. I have always seen results within 3-4 days, always. 2 months later, it looked like I had nothing done! The lines on my face were back and I had lines/wrinkles in places I've never had before. I have no idea what happened here but I've never had this happen.
In my opinion, Bess just doesn't have the eye, confidence or knowledge needed for Botox.
Update: I was contacted through Yelp by Bob Nyikos, Administrator, Linda Woodson Dermatology on 3/25/15. He informed me that Bess does not work here anymore.
