READ BEFORE MOVING IN! First, the apartments themselves are not to bad, nothing special. Another good thing is that there is no assigned parking and your guest doesn't have trouble with where to park. The management here is ridiculous and I will explain why. At this point in time they have the gym closed and tons of construction going on. So that forces us to get a membership somewhere, which I thought was bad. I went to the office and they said that they do have passes to give out to another gym, but they were already all out when we went in. TIP: when the management puts a note on your door keep it! We got one that said "renew your rent at the same rate by the 17th of October and get 100 off your rent" we thought perfect, that's a good deal. We went in on the 15th to talk to them about it, and they said we did have till the 17th and we said we would be back. Went back on the 17th and they refused to give us the 100 back an even the same rate! I had to bug them to let me talk to the manager so I can say we came in earlier and we were told we had till the 17th to decide. They said that we needed the flyer to prove we can do this, and I laughed and said "do you think we are lying? We just came in on the 15th". To make matters worse they said we had to renew by the 15th even though we were in there that day and they said the 17th. After being told numerous times they gave in! And acted like I was the bad guy! They even printed the note out and it said EXACTLY what I said. So all in all, don't let the management run you over. They will and don't care if you are an unhappy customer! Stick to your ground, and truthfully I wouldn't rent from here if I didn't get my rate, i would go anywhere else if they want more than 650 a month.
