My boyfriend bought his Nissan Altima from here. Which this process was hell. They were Just trying to scam us, but their attitudes changed real quick once they realized this wasn't our first time buying a car. Something went wrong with his car as a notification went off in his car. He took it to service to get it looked at. They wanted $137 for a diagnostic test, if he would've fixed it there "they would waive the $137". He said never mind I'll take it else where, the notification lights went off. So he figured everything was okay. A week later the notification went off again. He called service again, they not only offered to look at it for free, they fixed it for free. I would have never gotten this service at Larry H Miller, where I've bought both of my cars. Never again!
