The ice cream is fantastic, but this is the most chronically understaffed business I have ever visited. Each of my visits has included an exceptionally long wait. My most recent visit was the worst yet. On a weeknight, I waited well over 30 minutes just to order, and then another 20+ for my ice cream. During this entire time, there were never more than four employees on hand: two frantically making ice cream while one cleaned and another took orders. Hats off to "Big Julio" and team for doing the best they could. But at $8 or so for an ice cream, there really is no excuse for having so few staff on hand.
