Made myself try the food twice to see if it was really that bad. Food is very sub par, I'd save myself the money and go down the street to Billy Barooz where they charge the same price for food and it actually tastes good. I've tried the tacos, burgers, nachos, salad, cookie skillet... none of it was good. My most recent purchase was the mini nachos (nachos are your basic boring nacho you can make at home) and montys Frisco melt. I'm convinced they dunked the bread in butter and rubbed the patty and fries in salt. It was hard to eat, I had to take the bread off. Steak 'n Shake doesn't even butter their food that much. Probably would have been fine with 1/100th of the butter and salt. Don't think I'll be eating their food again.
