Stay away from Sante! If a loved one has dementia or alzheimers this staff has no clue how to communicate with them. I told them at least 4 times she was lactose intolerant and they kept feeding her milk and ice cream! She was sent home and is struggling to survive right now. She went from toileting herself 4 weeks ago to being in a diaper 24-7 now. She has been withdrawing for days on all of the medication they kept her on. I visited many times during physical therapy and they would give up on her almost immediately because she did not want do do any therapy and just wanted to go to bad! STAY away from Sante of North Scottsdale unless you have GREAT insurance and are easy to care for! None of the departments communicate between each other.
