We just moved and found out we had a package that wasn't available at our new home so we would have to upgrade our speed by more then double and we now pay about $20 less. My issue is why didnt they know offer this upgrade on any of our previous calls when I complained about price. They instead keep me on a plan with slower speeds and higher price. Not great for a loyal customer.
In addition, when we moved someone didn't complete our order so we had to call in to get it turn on. Then we found out we would need to go buy a new modem before we could use it. After almost 3 hours on multiple calls for failed internet connection with a new modem we got Internet. However, there was a couple good reps so I added a star
