We purchased multiple appliances with Paul. In my opinion he is a bully and if anything goes wrong with your appliances after the sales good luck with getting your money back or the appliance fixed. We thought that we were getting a deal but when we installed the appliances some of them did'nt work. We bought two matching ovens when we installed them neither one worked. We took them back and was told that they would be fixed and now its been 5 months without resolution of our broken appliances. During this time we also found out that the ovens that we thought were new could be 20 years old! After many calls Pauls still has not fixed our issues. He has our money and is not willing to remburse for the faulty appliances. He even hung up the phone on me when I called to talk with him after 4 months of trying to get to a resolution. I have never dealt with anything like i have with Smart Buy. I will update the review as a resolution progresses.. Update: after 6 months and an attorney we were given our money back for the broken appliances. Marcus was a nice person and delivered the check personally..
