Aside from the pick-up being 30 minutes late, the trip itself was time well spent! We did have to transfer a couple times, before and after the tour concluded, but the transitions were seamless. Our tour driver was Enrique, and he was very informative and pleasant to listen to. On the way there, we made a brief stop at Lake Mead and then at a McDonalds in Kingman, AZ. He was great about keeping everyone on schedule, and he was transparent about the potential conditions of the canyon with the cold weather. The canyon itself was remarkable! However, the hotel drop-off process following the tour was a painful, hot mess. The driver Vernon made it clear that he felt this was a waste of his time. He yelled at riders to hurry off the bus as he dropped them off on the street in front of their hotels, despite several language barriers. Though just a small part of the trip itself, it was enough to rough up the day's end.
