What a joke of an operation. What a RIP off! First wait at the cash register to pay for 30 minutes. B/c the only open register is dealing with an issue. This is while the other cashier is doing nothing at the desk. When Dane, the supposed manager comes out, the cashier asks if she could open another register... he rolls his eyes and disappears to the back.. finally pay $27 for "platinum? Wash, only to go out to a half A'ED wash. Go back to Chris who wrote up the ticket and be met with an unprofessional jerk who lacks every customer service skill, let alone handle a complaint and of course an irate customer at that point! The 1 star even is too much on such a waste of time and money!
