Was my first time getting a session at Core Motus and I had Heather as my therapist and she was amazing. I never had cupping done before but she provided knowledge and benefits of cupping. I must say I love it, the tension and stress that was in my shoulders and upper back has been relieved and I feel like I got more range of motion back and I never felt so amazing. If you never had cupping I suggest booking a session. Thank You Heather I will be booking for future sessions.
