Heard that a new Kung Fu Tea opened and since it is on my way home I decided to stop by. I'm a regular at the KFT on spring mountain and LOVE their drinks, in fact it's the first boba spot I recommend to friends. I understand the grand opening has not happened which is why I'm giving it a *hopeful* 3 stars because if this location will be anything like the one on spring mountain, I am hopeful. Here's some criticism for the staff in training: -pay attention to the question being asked please...had to repeat myself at least 6 times when all I wanted to know was if they honored the free topping with Yelp check in. Instead I got a bunch of different answers that had no relation whatsoever to my very very simple question. (Might I add by the end there were 4 people trying to answer my one question -don't have 4 people clump up at the register. I understand you're in training but that startles guests. I'm sure it doesn't take 4 people to take an order -if you make me repeat my order three times please get the order right, I was in a rush and had to wait for them to remake my order because it was made wrong. -don't blatantly talk and comment on a guests order and how I am the one who made the mistake while I'm standing right in front of you, I can hear every word. Like I said I love KFT and their drinks, just hoping the staff at this location can learn quickly because customer service makes or breaks an experience!
