Service was slow and inattentive. Waiter appeared to know he was lost, but was not particularly apologetic about it. For example, he took our glasses to refill them and forgot to return them. Other staff worked hard to avoid eye contact. Vegetables and fruits were wilted, brown, and/or had freezer burn. Confusing to me how food in such bad shape could be sent out of the kitchen. One person's entree had hot spots and dried out parts, making us think it had been microwaved. We used to like this restaurant, but something has changed. Now I wish we had chosen to eat at the Moe's next door, where at least the food would have been fresh.
