I was referred by one of my coworkers. Dave, the owner of All Pro AC, came to my house within a day to provide me with a quote on installing a ductless mini-split one ton (12,000 BTU) unit. I shopped around quite a bit before having Dave come to my house and had several other providers give me quotes before Dave arrived. Not only did Dave give me the best deal (lowest price and best unit) but it required NO HAGGLING! Dave is an honest man and gave me a very competitive price without even knowing I already got other quotes.
On the day of installation, Dave and his employee arrived EXACTLY on time. Even though the price quoted was already much better than competitors, Dave arrived with an even better unit than what the priced and did not charge me anything for it (he brought a 20 SEER unit instead of a 16 SEER he quoted me). The installation was flawless and pleasant. Dave and his employee installed the unit and made sure it worked. They also took the time to clean up after themselves and showed me how to use the unit.
I will never use anyone else for my AC needs.
