1 star to billing, 5 stars to PA Brooks and PT downstairs, 3 stars to Dr Brown because he's awesome as a Dr but stinks at correcting his awful billing dept. We have to call our insurance co every time we get a bill because The Core consistently over-charges us by hundreds of dollars! When we call The Core's billing dept and tell them what we've been told by the insurance co, they agree with us, tell us they'll fix it and put in some notes so the next time we show up for an appointment we're not harassed by the front office staff telling us we're over-due. However--they fail to communicate. We've talked to Dr. Brown about it, he says he knows it's an issue, but then it doesn't change. We don't know if it's incompetence or something else.
