I got a battery replaced on my time piece a couple months ago and noticed after a few days it would lose time. I was worried that it may have been damaged during the battery replacement, so I took it back it in and spoke with John and talked me through different scenarios that may have occurred but assured me that the battery replacement would've have caused the issue. He took the time to show me how the replacements were done and I was satisfied with his explanation, and he said if they were the one who caused the damage they would be responsible for replacing it.
I left the watch with him to do more investigation and he called me a few hours later and found a loose screw that was interfering with the movements but he wanted to keep it for a few days to make sure that was exactly what it was. I picked it up a few days later free of charge for his work and it's been working great ever since?
