I moved here in May 2014 and Iv had nothing but good experiences with this apartment complex!!
My apartment was spotless when I moved in, no funky weird odors or dirt. It's quiet, safe. They maintain the property very well. Iv read reviews about the staff being rude and when I 1st moved in the office people weren't the most warming but I moved here to live in a nice place not to be friends with the office staff BUT every time I've called for maintenance issue, or sometimes I forget what my rent is, they have been very nice over the phone or even when I drop my check off. The maintenance guys are really awesome and friendly here!! I enjoy seeing them around.
My ac bill in the summer was very normal btw. It was about 130/month with my ac at 85 during the day and 72 at night. When I was home my ac was never over 80. Also I NEVER hear my neighbors. Sometimes I even wonder if people live in my building. I guess I know they do because I see door mats and people coming and going but never hear anyone.
If your thinking about renting here do it!!!
