Every single time I have come here the past six months there has been a line of at least 5-10 people all waiting to be seen by one teller while the other employees just stand around like a bunch of idiots. There's 5 windows, how hard can it be to staff two tellers at hours you know will be busy such as 3-6 on weekdays when people come to the bank after their 9-5's?
