Tires aren't something exciting to review. You put them on a car and they work. Customer service can be reviewed all day. Here's a snapshot timeline for my 11am confirmed appointment.
10:55am Walked in
11:00am Scheduled Appointment
11:15am Card Charged
11:50am Car pulled into garage
11:54am first wheel removed
12:14am All new wheels mounted
12:17am departed store
First let me say, all the staff is very professional. Everyone was extremely nice. They REALLY need more people working at the front desk tho. There was a line of people waiting around like it was DMV. I arrived early for my 11am appointment and waited 20min just to hand over my keys and credit card (everything else was already selected and ready to go online). Ended up waiting around til 11:50am to even start, even with confirmed appointment.
There is free Wi-Fi, coffee and water in the lobby which is nice
