Never go with A&R towing, the guy wanted to damage our bumper + fender (whom said had 25 years experience B.S) and was 3 hours late. He also told our road side assitance that my car bumper was damage which was akso bs becuase we refuse service. We ended up calling another truck company and they were there in less than 40 min. The Dispatcher was very polite and professional on the phone and so eas the driver. They Gentlemen had 22 years of experiance and knew that you just don't drag a car with a broken axle. He used common sense, use the proper tools. A&R Towing explain how a tow company tows and haves no Jacks? When you work doing roadside assistance. If you have State Farm make sure you ask for a diffrent Tow company, when they assign this company. Unless you don't mine having someone that will damge your car. Go with them.
