The concept of the restaurant is really cool, takes me back to my grade school years for sure. The food is great and their entire menu is craveable. The chefs have a lot of technical skill - we ordered the salmon, which they placed on top of the brussel sprouts instead of in them, which is great because then the salmon didn't absorb the flavoring of the vegetables, it kept its integrity. I highly recommend the tots and the chicken and waffle. Their brunch menu is fantastic and I wish that they offered more of the brunch menu on the regular menu. The *only* thing I don't love is the regular fries - just nothing really exciting about them, and the last time I had them they were overcooked, hard instead of crispy.
