Well it was all too good to be true. Right before my first bill is due my Galaxy Light starts dropping LTE signal and it randomly dials out while in my pocket. Frustrated, I first called in to Metro and also Samsung. I go through every troubleshooting step in their books and the phone is still acting up. I took it in to this location and Wei is there. He says he cannot do an exchange because it's the weekend but to come back when I can. Fast forward to today and I came back to do the warranty exchange. The rude girl working there claims it'll be a $15 fee to replace it while Wei initially told me it would be free of charge the day I bought this phone. She tells me I've had the phone for just over a month so I'm out of luck with regards to getting a free replacement. To sum it up: I thought this was a great customer service location but it's your typical money hungry store in Vegas. Avoid this one. You will not be told any accurate information.
