So I am a fan of the saucer. I have a plate on the wall and an on my way to number two. Great place for beer specials, to taste things you would not normally have the opportunity to taste and just hang out with friends and meet people. In fact, met two of my closest friends there.
The food is better than 'typical' pub food but should not be your purpose for going to the saucer. They have an outside deck which is great. The bar maids are are for the most part really friendly and helpful.
They have great deals most of the days. Glasses on Wednesdays, Tuesday they have $2.50 draft specials, new releases. They have great guests there. Got to meet and drink with the founder of Avery beers.
If you make it a habit, they will get to know you and you will be treated like family.
