There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience with Melanie and all her wonderful colleagues at Foothills Sports Medicine. I had a pretty severe back injury (several discs and an annular tear) and found almost any movement difficult and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. After 6 sessions which my doc prescribed I am back to having a more flexible and pain free back. Each session which included important stretching exercises as well as massage and ice left me feeling so much better. I remember after the first session I had actual "hope" that this pain and limitation wouldn't last forever. The entire staff (and I mean everyone from check in folks, to assistants, to therapists) were super nice and friendly and Melanie was such a fountain of knowledge for how to take care of my back as well as exercises to do between sessions and from this point on. I won't hesitate to go there again. You will be in such good hands at this facility. So grateful to them for giving me back my back. Roxane
