I have been shopping at Macy's for years, and in all fairness have given this location MANY chances to change my negative opinion. It is so hard to ever locate a sales associate, and when you do they are rude. I don't understand how the mens jeans are always a mess and how I have to hunt someone down to purchase my items. Not only do they seem short staffed... but the staff they do have is definitely NOT being trained well. On numerous occasions they seem lost on even the simplest of transactions. If your looking for a pleasant experience I recommend taking the drive down to the Fashion Show Mall location. The sales associates there are much more pleasant!
