OMG!!! So good!!!! I was in AZ for work and I asked a colleague to do lunch and she recommended Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. I absolutely love this place. It was a beautiful March day and we sat outside. It wasn't too hot or too cold, just perfect. The service was great with tons of parking.
We ordered the following:
Shrimp and Scallop Orecchiette Pasta ($30) - It has shrimp, scallops, oreccheitte pasta, lump crab, asparagus in a creamy parmesean vodka sauce. It was delicious. The shrimp was huge, the scallop was rich and delicious. Everything came very well together.
Grilled Redfish and Jumbo Shrimp ($34) - My colleague had this and it was fantastic. I was able to taste the Redfish and it was flaky and delicious. This is the dish my colleague always order.
Cup of Seafood Gumbo ($7): So good. I asked for spicy and it definitely was not spicy. I should have asked for extra, extra spicy. Lots of flavor with good pieces of sausage and seafood and rice.
When I'm in Phoenix again, I want to try their Crawfish Etouffee.
