Outstanding service! We discovered this morning (Friday) around 10:00 AM that our hot water heater had gone bad and was leaking. We submitted a service request to American Home Shield (AHS), our warranty provider, and within minutes they work-ordered the job to Union Plumbing. We called Union and they said they would have a plumber out to our house between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. They called back a few minutes later and said they had a cancellation and he could be there at 2:00 PM. The Plumber, Jaime, arrived early at around 1:30 PM and confirmed that we would need a new hot water heater. He called it in and AHS quickly approved it. We paid our deductible of $125 and AHS picked up the rest, to include the building permit. Jaime pulled out the old heater and within an hour or so delivered a brand new one. He installed it and we had hot water before 6:00 PM on a Friday night. Great service from start to finish -- we would use Union Plumbing again should the need arise!
