Around 2pm, I decided I needed to eat and found this place based on a nearby shopkeepers recommendation. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and shown a seat. The decor was fun and made it feel southern. This is the first time I have had Southern food, so I may not be as discriminating as some with more experience.
With that being said, I ordered lemonade and water to drink. My waitress brought delicious cornbread before my meal. For food I ordered the BBQ chicken, yams and collard greens. Their greens come with a tomato and onions but since I told the waitress I had never had them before she said they are good by themselves and maybe I should try them that way.
The food didn't take long to arrive and the portions were decent. Not huge, but since I'm not a big eater, it was perfect. The flavor was good for all the items.
The food was reasonably priced and food. I would recommend it and go here again.
