We came here for a birthday party and the kids all enjoyed themselves. There was no interaction with the staff other than when we first entered and they were friendly. They lose a star for charging for air hockey and the rides....I would prefer they just didn't have them at all because once one parent started, it was really annoying that they were all asking.
