Note that this review comes from someone who doesn't get their nails done often, and that this salon was nearly empty, so there weren't concerns with rush or anything! I've been to one other nail salon, and paid $28 for a significantly better shellac manicure. I was surprised that not only did they neglect my cuticles, they used an electric sander (which are designed to sand off GEL nails) to sand my completely natural, uncoloured nails! I don't understand why that would need to be done; to get friction for the polish to stick on easier, all you'd have to do is sand the nail a bit with the file! I've also never experienced pain while putting my nails under UV, but the primer/base coat they put on me hurt when it was under the light! If you come here, understand you are paying for the $20 shellac polish; not a manicure with shellac polish. Even the nail shaping was sloppily done; I will not be returning.
