Terrible job washing the car, when I asked them to dry off the seats (front and back) from the overspray, the ragman grew exasperated. The floormats were still dirty, and the vacuuming occurred before the floormats were removed, so there was still a tremendous amount of crud and salt under my floormats. The outside of the car was covered with streaks. I wish Yelp would allow me to add photos of the car. I spent 20 minutes in line for a 5 minute wash. 30.00 for their "Super In/Out left me feeling far less than pleased with their work. Worst of all, they cracked my windshield. They claim they didn't, but it's very obvious that a horizontal something or other hit my windshield, generating a crack. I didn't see them actually crack it. The crack wasn't there before the car wash, but it was there immediately after. The manager insists there is simply no way their equipment could have cracked the window, but the glass repairman told me this is fairly common (breaks from car wash equipment. They didn't even offer me a re-wash after the dissatisfaction of the first wash, cracked window not withstanding. Me...I'd avoid this place. Highschool kids would have done better for 30.00.
