I have used this van service a few times. Once on a holiday, there was no space for a passenger at the last pick up spot. Another time, I had a picture frame that got crushed by other luggages and I didn't even get an apology. Then today on Thanksgiving day, i had already called and reserved a spot. When I got there, he told me that they had tried callimg me over 10 times to confirm I was coming. I have no missed calls from them...so I was really pissed off and was going to just drive there. Halfway on my way back home, he calls me to come back because he had a spot for me. Very unprofessional bad service and I am sure that I am not the only who feels this way.
