I went in at 1pm on a Wednesday and it was dead. My first time; I got this younger guy that seemed nice enough. The barbershop is one of the nicest, high class, most functional places I have seen. Frankly they make my usual shop look kinda trashy. Everything from personal flat screens to mahogany walls to sports memorabilia. It was really a nice place.
So this guy does my beard trim and explains why I am a better client than the last guy who made him spend "over an hour" on a beard trim because he couldnt get it perfect. Im not exactly confident this guy can do this now..but all I need is a goatee cleaned up and I could do that myself really. 15 min later and a fairly ok job Im done..
It wasnt awesome..it wasnt "the best barbershop ever"..it was $10 and ok. They guy was more nervous than good; was not very engaging and overall it was kinda like a dead lay..you know you're gonna have sex but you dont feel the urge to really go back again.
