This place has the worst customers service in any business on the planet. Went there to drop a bike off to get fixed and only 2 people are there which was a salesman and a parts guy. We stood there next to the parts guy while the salesman was playing candy crush on his phone for about 15 minutes. Finally he said that everyone was in a meeting. After another 15 minutes we asked how long the meeting was cause we had things to do thats why we were there early. His reply was the only thing I dont know how to do is writing a service ticket. So he couldnt use common sense and write on a blank piece of paper someones name, address and phone what the problem is and say as soon as they get out of the meeting they will give you a call. Instead he stared at us for the next 30 minutes. Management should have another meeting about that. Teach your morons to take the initative and help the customers out.
