I am writing this review based on their dry cleaning service. I brought a delicate evening dress for cleaning. The dress came back completely destroyed. Their excuse - there is no label on the dress. They are supposed to be the professional so if there is no label and they are unsure, then don't clean. Just reject the service. Instead whoever cleaned the dress completely stripped the glitter off the dress. On top of that, they used regular iron (at high temperature) to press the dress. Did I mention this is a delicate evening dress? The lining has permanent crinkle from the heat. The way to do it is to use an upright steam iron. Anyway, the owner don't want to admit the mistake and insist the dress should have a label. The staff however, was apologetic. The owner is arrogant and would proceed to rip you off after destroying your clothes. So if you have a delicate item that needs dry cleaning, take it somewhere else. They treat all items the same across the board with a snobby attitude.
