I was unsure about this place because of very mixed reviews but my feet really needed it and I live just down the street, so I decided to just go for it. I didn't have an appointment and just showed up on a Saturday around 2pm. The place was very busy. Right after coming in, I was asked what I wanted. In about 20 minutes or so, it was my turn. One thing I didn't like is that they use what seemed like very harsh chemicals to clean their pedi tubs. While I appreciate clean and hygienic places, the fumes gave me a nauseating headache in about 10 seconds. Also, they poured the chemicals in the tub and told me to take a seat - I was lucky I paid attention to what was in (looks like clear gel) otherwise I could have just followed their orders and soaked my feet in who knows what. Anyway, to make the long story short, I was happy with both my mani and pedi (done by 2 different people). I will go back and would recommend this place to a friend.
