I have taken Pilates lessons from Virginia Nicholas for 10 months. Before that, I studied with one of her excellent students for 3 years.
Since taking from Virginia, I have greatly increased my core strength, reduced back pain from a constant occurrence to infrequent bouts, and improved my posture and alignment.
Virginia's experience as an ER nurse, her many years as a professional dancer, her MA in theater, specializing in kinestheology, not to mention her extensive Pilates training under Michelle Larson, an internationally known Pilates master, has given her unique skills as a teacher and trainer. Her observations and insight concerning movement create the foundation for a healing environment.
She is equally good training beginners, rehab clients, as well as elite athletes. I feel very privileged to have her as a teacher.
