My god! It takes a long time for them to answer a phone call! I've tried scheduling an appointment but the waiting time to answer is more than 40 minutes If you're lucky, otherwise it'll be an hour. This is ridiculous. They said that they have a high volume of calls that's why the wait time is long. If I had a different option or different referral choice I would go there. Sadly, this was what my insurance provider sent me.
