poorly trained staff, my pet was harmed by going here...... it's a cut rate business with cut rate staff.
don't fall for their banfield gimmicky pet insurance plan. they do un necessary procedures to make you feel you are getting moneys worth.
i hated walking into petsmart with my sick pet all the way to the back of banfield to be seen.
the staff promotes the pet insurance scheme because they make bonuses on that
beware,,,these banfield relations team responses are just games they play to stall or get more information from you. they are not on your side. the team, as they call themselves are just tyring to prevent pr trouble. they want to shut you up.
they are paid to "act "genuinely concerned about you. bullshit,
keep spreading the truth about how sloppy this clinic is. talk at dog parks, at work, on facebook.
dont let them silence you.
there is almost no accountability in the veterinary profession in pa. this is an agriculture state
