When I opened the box.
It was completely beautiful - full of ingredients and portioned as a dinner salad.
Extraordinary pickled vegetables, prosciutto, fennel. aged parmesan shavings over frisse and kale.
The cheese plate***** is an item I would always come in for.
It was as amazing as ever. Toasted pin nuts, caramelized onions, cube of fresh jelly and honey-comb .
The consistency is remarkable.
The cheese plate is only $18.... other places typically is $25-$30 and far less in quality of ingredients and quantity of garnishes.

Some options might be pricey but honestly there is so much value here compared to other places in las vegas. The variety on the menu is unique and excellent plating.
Come here and Don't wast your money at other places.
