Very nice presentation overall. Everyone here does such a great job. We attended with a school group. Minor suggestions to the administration: it might be fun to "surprise" the kids with the fact that some foods they may think are vegetables (such as tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and avocados) are actually fruits and to explain that foods with seeds are fruit - even green beans! Also, I think you do the right thing, in the limited time you have, by focusing your message about fat on limiting the unhealthy saturated fats found in processed "food". I also think that some mention of healthy fats (such as omegas, coconut oil, dairy, evoo, and avocados) would be a good idea to consider since these are often overlooked or simply lumped together with the unhealthy ones just because they are classified as "fats". Thank you for a great experience and keep up your good work!
