Crystals is one of the most beautiful and artsy shopping centers I've ever been to. It's not very big, quiet and was close to my hotel, so the trip there was kind of mandatory :). However, I've only been there once, as the majority of shops was very posh and expansive. The things were beautiful though, some of them looked like small works of art. Especially bags. I would never spend a 1000$ for a bag the size of the wallet, however window-shopping itself was a great pleasure. They have all the designers that I only know from fashion magazines.
There is also a few restaurants and cafes there, so after the leisurely stroll I was able to get a cup of coffee in Starbucks (although I think they had a tad higher prices than other locations). Great experience.
