I took my son to Amazone on a recent Sunday afternoon. This was my first visit, so I didn't really know what to buy. So I bought everything! I ended up buying $12.00 worth of video game tokens because I heard each game took 2 - 4 tokens. My son wasn't very impressed with the video games, so he only played a few and then got bored. Leftover tokens! I also bought him a $15 all day pass for a grand total of $27.
We headed over to the playground where my son found some playmates and spent an hour and a half playing various games. While they were playing, I noticed an adult playing with them. I watched them play together and the staffer was a very nice young man who enjoyed playing with the kids and offering suggestions such as playing laser tag. He rounded up a group of kids and took them to play laser tag. Then he returned to playing other games with them on the playground. I observed him and the other staffers and they were all genuinely nice people. Most of them had to be in their late teens or early twenties. They treated the kids in the most kind way imaginable. My son really enjoyed his time, especially because of the kind staffer that played with them. He also enjoyed playing tag with the other kids. I sat and watched the Browns game, so I was entertained.
We didn't eat any food, but maybe we will next time because there definitely will be a next time. Plus, we have these tokens and tickets to use still. My son fell in love with the place and we'll be back for more fun.
