Was really looking forward to this well known eatery, had only heard good things. Will NEVER go back!! Extremely long lines to order, took 1 hour to get our food and it was ice cold!!! Had to give one star because of the system, but, would really rate it as ZERO stars. It's interesting, last week I received a message per the owner who wanted to send me a gift card to give their place another chance. I responded that I would be more than happy to change my initial negative review. Lo and Behold, still no gift card! Consistent with the initial poor experience.
