This is the worst vape store in Toronto I came in to purchase a mod that was on sale the sales guy was trying to hard to upsell me to some other mod that I didn't even want, after trying to up sell me he asked if I needed batteries I said no I have them already he then gives this attitude saying are YOU SURE they're new? Like really w t f? LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! Seriously 180 smoke is just garbage the worst vape shop in all of Toronto! Employees here are just ignorant and are just trying to make you buy **** that you don't need or want I also ended up buying one of their in house brand juice and totally regret it NEVER AGAIN! The grape just tastes disgusting it's like vaping bitter cough syrup the 180 premium,classic & Wet brand juices are just horrible do NOT buy the juices here they are all made by this company and are just really high in PG which is why even a 3mg juice is so harsh on your throat All this place has is mods & their juice selection just sucks! Horrible customer service DO NOT GO HERE as you can see all 180 smokes have such bad reviews they're a franchised company so every 180 store has a different owner which is why their customer service is bad
