After stopping here on my lunch break to drop off a couple tires, I'm incredibly disappointed at the customer service. After waiting 10 minutes in line with nobody in front of me, I was asked to go ahead and pop the trunk so that he can grab the tires. I pop the trunk and wait outside in the summer heat for 10 more minutes only to notice that he was assisting two customers who were behind me in line. After going inside and asking if he was still helping me, his response was, "oh, sorry. I forgot about you."
